ONION SOUP AS A SOURCE FOR VITAMIN C
1 lb. of green or white onions
vegetable seasonings for taste
Take 1 lb. of green onions chopped (tops and all) or 1 lb. of white onion and
blend into 1 - 2 cups of distilled water.
Simmer with other herbs, soups, or vegetable seasonings for taste.
Can be combined with vegetable broth as long as use correct amount.
